A clear strategic direction will be established based on a five-year plan and detailed budgeting, with assessment of risks and opportunities and analysis of the competition.
Business intelligence
Implementation and tracking of KPIs will be conducted, supported by transparent and regular financial reporting, along with benchmarking of operational KPIs across the Elvaston portfolio.
Management and organisation
Support will be provided in best practices for recruiting and developing employees and leaders, assessing management potential, and developing organisational strategies for growth.

Mergers and acquisitions
We develop M&A strategies, support due diligence and the acquisition process, as well as integration and realisation of synergies
Financing
We will manage operational liquidity, secure funding for acquisitions, support loan negotiations, and conduct dry runs for the exit process.
